Is there already a beta 3 deadline for My Anime? Am currently at the newly set up because of media portal that would fit perfectly: D

The Alpha testing for MA3/JMM should be starting next week.
Although I may take a look at the TvDB language support first.

So the final release for MA3 would still be 3-4 months away I would expect.

It might help you decide whether you want to go to MA3 or stick with MA2.

Yeah, MA3/JMM will be a bit more complicated than MA2, which is why I'm sure a lot of people will stick with MA2.
Most of the complexity should be hidden by the installer though, and if you only want to use the MP plugin it should still be quite easy.

Hey lwerndly, I saw your post about the JMM alpha and I decided to give it a try. I have to say that it's looking very good and it makes managing your collection a lot easier, however there's one feature from MA2 that's missing, manually linking episodes to TVDB. This is extremely useful because some episodes have different numbers in anidb and TVDB, specials in particular.

Is it possible to do this now and I'm too stupid to figure it out or are you planning on implementing it in the future?

Yeah this feature is not available at the moment, but I plan to implement before the full release

Hello,

Great looking plugin. I have a couple of questions if you can help me please:

1) The series names are not in english, episodes names are in english. I used the quick setup guide, it did not detail anything about changing the default language. After import I found where the series/episode language option is and it was too late by then. How do I delete all the imports and start again so that the series and episode names are all in english? ALternatively, how do I get it to change all the titles/names to english?

2) I am using MP 1.2.1.0 and StreamedMP 1.74 - Using the streamedmp basichome editor I see no option to add My Anime 2 to the home menu. How can I do this so that I do not have to go to the plugins?
