I should have ask last night but is there an easy way to check if the AniDB HTTP API is down or not. It is still not working today and am wondering if there is a way I can check without running import

Thanks

Apparently the UDP api is down now though. So might want to wait a few hours.
No easy way to test for that, but should be pretty safe to have JMM Server running either way

Good to know.

I got one more question

For some reason I am seeing more files in the ANIDB queue then there are in the directory that I am importing.
Could the directory have been added twice to the run import process and if so how to I clear the queue so it does not try and import all of them twice

Thanks for the help

Well it's not actually the AniDB queue, but is everything except for hashes and image downloads.
So for each file you import you may add the following commands to the general queue
- Get File Info
- Add file to mylist
- Update MAL
- Update sub group status
- Get Trakt Info
- Get TvDB info
- etc

Only the needed commands will be added.
But it may seem that the queue is never going down, when in fact it finishes processing one command which spawns another command.
The important stuff goes to the top of the queue.

Fantastic upgrade from myanime2

Although the desktop app refuses to login with my anidb id :/ just keeps saying login failed when I know the correct credentials have been used :<

Despite that the whole system in infinitely better. I'm very impressed with the application, and one thing that really stood out to me was the applications visuals. It LOOKS good. Functionality above that is just a bonus :p

Hi, thanks for the kind words.

The AniDB udp api was down for quite a long time, which is probably the reason for login failures.
It seems to be back up now, so have another go.

Nah wasn't related, I uninstalled everything then reinstalled it and is all working now. Time to leave it hashing for the next million years lol

I'm a newbie with this plugin, so forgive me. Installed JMM server using SQLite. All seemed to work OK.
Installed My Anime 3.1.4 plugin, but this is the the thing, when I go to plugins in media portal configuration there is no MyAnime plugin showing. Even looking in the Team Media Portal program files directory I can see no windows or process plugins there for MyAnime.

I then installed JMM Desktop, I can see all the info. there in collections so the JMM server works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled MyAnime3 plugin, but still no plugin appears for me to configure.

Am I missing something obvious?
