On the Server tab in JMM Desktop, press the Sync AniDB MyList button (and votes as well if u want)
Once this is complete, check your watched states again.

This will make sure MA3 matches AniDB

Hmm...already did this a few times...looks like it needed one more go around! So, MA2 hasn't fully pushed it's watched states up to AniDB. I ran n import but that hasn't helped. What's the next step to get MA2 to upload properly?

Sorry for late reply.
'Connected Successfully' is all you need.

Have you tried using the browse torrents for BakaBT?
This should be the simplest test.
If this doesn't work could you attach the desktop logs here again

I see one response from BakaBT where the search timed out.

I tried both the search and browse torrents thistime. Both with zero results. I don;t know of this is a firewall or port issue. It shouldn't be, but i wil try it by bypassing the router and see what happens.
the time-out happend after several log-ins in a short time. After the time out i tried again, with same results

I am currently installing My Anime 3 and JMM. So far everything works and looks great but I have ran into a small problem

On the Anime3 Config Display tab I set the Groups/Series to Total Episode Count but when I go back into Media Portal it still shows both Watched and Unwatched Episode Count and when I exit and go back to the config it is has reset to Watched and Unwatched Episode Count.

Any ideas would be great.

Thanks

That's the final bit is to get MA2 to send its watch data to anidb and overwrite it.

Sorry I don't have any functionality to do this at the moment. Will see what is possible.

Yeah I still can't see any issues in your logs.
However in my logs I am getting a lot of errors in parsing the BakaBT results. So I will fix that and see what it does for you.

On the Anime3 Config Display tab I set the Groups/Series to Total Episode Count but when I go back into Media Portal it still shows both Watched and Unwatched Episode Count and when I exit and go back to the config it is has reset to Watched and Unwatched Episode Count.

Woops, the option is there but it doesn't actually do anything at the moment.
I will remove the option for now, until I have the time to implement it.

Sorry for the confusion

I am having a problem with JMM today.
I scan part of my collection and when I go to link some of the files that it did not find, I get an error when creating a new series.
I keep getting a No Episode Found error when I click "Download Episode", I can click on the link to take me to the anidb page so I know the id number is correct.

Any ideas what is going on?

Yes, the AniDB HTTP API is down at the moment.
I have contacted the developers at AniDB, and it should be resolved within a few hours hopefully (when the main admin wakes up)
