Ok, i'll try animation configuration later...

Now, there is amcupdater log...

Step 1-First import :

2/2011 13:16:28 - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
31/12/2011 13:16:28 - Parsing XML File
31/12/2011 13:16:28 - ===================================================================================================
31/12/2011 13:17:01 - File Found (movie) - 127.Hours.avi

31/12/2011 13:17:04 - Finding Orphaned Movies (not in XML file)
31/12/2011 13:17:04 - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
31/12/2011 13:17:04 - Orphaned File : 127.Hours.avi

31/12/2011 13:20:14 - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
31/12/2011 13:20:14 - Processing Files.
31/12/2011 13:20:14 - ===================================================================================================
31/12/2011 13:20:30 - File Imported - D:\films\videos\127.Hours.avi - 127.Hours - Movie found by name match ('127 Hours ' (AKA) - main title '127 heures(2010)') with FuzziDistance = '1' and Optionsfilter 'on'.

127 hours is present in xml file at <Movie Number="1" OriginalTitle="127 Hours"

Step 2-secondary import :

31/12/2011 14:44:30 - Identifying Files ...
31/12/2011 14:44:30 - File Found (movie) - 127.Hours.avi

1/12/2011 14:44:35 - Finding Orphaned Movies (not in XML file)
31/12/2011 14:44:35 - ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
31/12/2011 14:44:35 - Orphaned File : 127.Hours.avi

1/12/2011 14:45:43 - ===================================================================================================
31/12/2011 14:46:03 - File Imported - D:\films\videos\127.Hours.avi - 127.Hours - Movie found by name match ('127 Hours ' (AKA) - main title '127 heures(2010)') with FuzziDistance = '1' and Optionsfilter 'on'.

127 hours is present in xml file at <Movie Number="134" OriginalTitle="127 Hours"

So, my xml file contains 2 movies for "127 hours". The worse, I think secondary scan will ask me to validate entry for "127 hours" !

What do you think about that ?:rolleyes:

I´m with MyFilms-V5.2.0.1847, and
- still the same issue: I dont have Log window.
- I have the same problem that xcontrol: 2 files are always being imported. I found out that AMCu is not filling the source field. Why?

    Hi z3us,
    Re Source field: thanks for reporting - actually it "would" work, if you update to latest AMCupdater config template (by recreating AMCU config in MF setup) - and then select source field in DB tab.
    Anyway, have fixed the issue in rev#1848 - see also issue 89
    Re Log Window: Difficult, as I can't reproduce - I have added soe more code to check, if the window settings would be inside the screenresolution - so please test and let me know, if that helped (rev#1849)

    Hi xcontrol,
    are you using 5.1 or a later testrelease? If test release, the issue might be fixed with r1848 - as it seems understandable, that AMCU cannot know, if a movie is already present, if the media source info is not stored.

    Hey z3us I did some 'hunting' and found C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\AMCUpdater\\AMCUpdater.exe_Url_wvjfj3al0l5ogg2r1kehxiwdxsplgqfw folder in Win7 - Inside that folder are sub folders for the diff versions of AMCU, and inside each is the user.cfg file which contains settings for the log window:
    Code:
                </setting>
                <setting name="LogFormVisible" serializeAs="String">
                    <value>True</value>
                </setting>
                <setting name="LogFormSize" serializeAs="String">
                    <value>982, 202</value>
                </setting>
    I'm not sure if that will help but at least you can verify if something is 'off' there.
    You don't have multiple monitors do you? If so I think Windows log key+Shift+Left or Right Arrow will move a window from one monitor to the other.

    I've installed 5.1.0.1468 version from here. There is another version ?

    Deleting the settings should bring the window back to default position - but still I have no clue why it disappears. Did you test the latest fixes I did?

    Strange ... please post logs, configfiles and if possible the content of the directory you are scanning via "dir > directory.txt".
