I use a 64-bit OS myself.

Attached is a small tool I just quickly threw together to help you locate where the wwwroot folder should be. Its pretty much a copy / paste from StreamTv's code when it looks for the folder.

Use it to check if you have put the files in the right spot.

All that said and done what you posted does look right. Check with this little app anyway and see if its different.

Spooky i'm not sure about using the transcoder yet, haven't done any reading into it but thats why I tried to open it up so people can come up with there own combinations. Hopefully they will share there insight and help develop some good standard options.
Yeah but... how is it supposed to work in the first place? Shouldn't mencoder show up in the process list when streaming? Do I have to turn transcoding on somewhere?

    hi valk,

i have problems with the mencoder to transcode the stream into flv for my iphone. is it possible to use another encoder? what if i change the "encoder" option in the timeshift file? where is streamtv looking for this encoder? i just tested it with ffmpeg in the wwwroot folder but its not working that simple ;)

    nicx...

    one more idea:
could it be possible, that Tvstream looks only for channels, mapped to card 1?
Because my DVBT Stick is listed as Card 2

Edit: For testing purposes, I installed everything new from scratch, to eliminate former errors.
Changed from mysql to mssql database.
But nothing, same as before...I think I give up..

You may create a group with the name 'Card1', add all channels of card1 to it, and then request ChannelList.xml?group=Card1. That's how I did it.

Btw: my setup is working. Currently figuring out how to record without having to start the MediaPortal interface.

before you do that: what group-names do you have? I have a group called SAT_FAV and it could be, that it is not working here for me because _ is a invalid character?

Just an idea, as it also does not work here and I am also just getting an empty page, but maybe something else is wrong in my setup.
