I am having the same problem with the movies, as it will take any image I mount and begin playback but will not see the HD movies even after setup and switching view. Any help would be appreciated! ver 0.2.2

It appears that there is no progress with this plugin since last month, i hope that the new version adds the feature to show a default cover art when there is no cover for a given film....

NOTE: (Repost of earlier message with correct attachment this time!)

just compiled the latest source and some of the things I added are now broken.
- I get the Wrong cover when in details mode
- Back key on remote doesn't work in details mode (back button does)
- It doesn't remember the position it was at (remembers the screen but not the exact item it was on, which if lots of pages is a pain), hence why it was originally added

There may be a few others but I reverted to the last svn version I ammeded, as I tested/bug fixed it for days so it was rock solid. I know I re-fixed the stuff a few times before as it seemed to keep getting broken by new additions but I'm happy with my old version as it worked perfect for my needs.

I attach that version April 2007 compiled against MediaPortal 0.2.3.0 RC2 (with skin) if anyone wants, just unarchive into mediaportal base folder, the paths are already setup. It doesn't have the latest features but also doesn't have the latest bugs...

Update - Cover Views

have just seen, you've been around in another thread;
I have a question: Beside list, smallicon and bigiconview you find coverview in new skins for music and films. When using the myfilms plugin with latest release of MP and current skins, this view istn't available for myfilms.
I think myfilms is a really great plugin and i like it very much - but i would like to use it also in the coverview ;-)
My question: What changes are required to use coverview with myfilms? Is it only changes in the xml-file or changes of the code required? If it's the first thing - could you give me a hint what needs to be changed (since I am not a programmer...).

The coverview (filmstrip view) is integrated in 4.2.6b version but that version have some bugs
I'm working on a new one and hope to deliver it in few weeks - no many times ... :sorry: -
For dispaying that view skin files must be adapted. I'll deliver some skins with that version and I hope that others'll be updated by some volunteers

looking forward to a fixed version. In fact, I am using not the very latest version of myfilms, simply because it was not running - so this explains the missing cover view ...

So my hope continues and i am waiting ;-)
