Great plugin... I use it alot. My main problem is that i want to ise it as a sort of on demant music channel but its not fully supported in mp... mayb i have done something wronng but theres no osd (which i dont REALLY care about) i cant change aspect ratio and i dont think it supports the vmr9 thing... the last 2 i NEED

can anyone tell me why these arent supported (im guessing cos it doesnt use vmr9) and how i can fix this or whether its fixable/will be fixed

These features are in the svn version.

maybe im doing something wrong but i download the rar for mp0.2rc4 (i updated to 0.2.04 using the latest stable updates)

i get no osd but clicking in random places causes diff things to happen (100% translucency on osd?) i used the bluetwo skin... same thing also its still not vrm9 cos i tried run livetv in bg and same error

then wen closing, it gev me error saying iit crashed; thought nothing of it but now i cant get in: it ses mp must close... loader is tryingg to initialize directx at the time

This plugin is a real friday/saturday/any-party-day saver.

Most of the time, the videos are played from playlist or genre. Everybody keeps asking "What is this artist / song". Would it be possible to feed artist/song info to osd / info during playback.

Another approach would be to use MTV/VIVA/you-name-it-music-video-channel type: display artist/song information for a few seconds in the start and end of clip.

In 2006-08-08 SVN, it seems that when clicking "playlist", all buttons are disabled. So it makes it kinda hard to select/remove songs and it's impossible to reach full screen mini-image/button to return to full screen video with remote. With mouse it's doable.

EDIT: all playlist controls are accessible with mouse. Is there something wrong with the control sequence when used with remote?

does anyone know where the favourites are stored in the latest svn version, i want to sort out the order of my favourites but cannot do it from within mediaportal

Maybe a feature in the next release? - Sort by artist, songname, etc. If it's possible? I'm missing that feature to.

Great work on this plugin,It really helps with the family acceptance factor.
Is there any way to reduce the size of the video? It shows fullscreen and generally looks great But I thought reducing the size of the video window may
help with some of the pixelization and hesitation that occurs.
I am using a cable modem connection.

slug54 - You can change it by going to the configuration.exe (or if you are running MP in a window, then select from the menu, options->configuration, or press F2) when the MediaPortal-setup window appears, select Plugins from the left tree, then find and right-click on the MyMusicVideos plugin (may have to scroll down to find it) and select configuration. You can then select the streaming speed, smaller number is smaller size.

seems like a smaller picture would play smoother and look a little better.

Again: GREAT PLUGIN!

However I it seems that "links" given when searching are dead (B2 skin and latest SVN).

Try searchingfor Shakira - LOTS of hits, but all seem dead (no [working]-idication / green circle).

EDIT: Fixed it. Had MyMV as a Windows and a Process-plugin.
I really need to reinstall MP soon
