Do you know btw the follow two things:

-I know I can set a label to each download, but is there also a way to download movies to another folder than music files?
-Is there a way to change the filename of a torrent?

Hi,

on my normal pc it works.. But now I'm trying it on my HTPC, and have downloaded uTorrent first.. But there is a new version of utorrent (3.0) and I gues that is incompatible with this plugin.. Did everyone here have tested that yet?

I have also upgraded uTorrent on my normal pc, and also there it doesn't work anymore..

1) As far as I know Web UI API doesn't support custom downloading location. But you can use labels to download to subfolders, read this doc Also we can set downloading location thru command-line but I'm not sure it's possible to use this with web ui.
2) Mayve yes with code changes but for what purpose?
3) Did you try to open web ui in 3.0 in your browser first? Did you turn off token authentification?

1)The newest utorrent 3.0 has a lot of new features.. One of them is that you can choose a different download folder for each download.. When you want to open a torrent in uTorrent, a popup shows up, and you can choose the folder where it have to be.. A very nice feature..
2)The purpose for me to have multiple download folders, is that I want to download music files to the musicdirectory, movies to the moviesdirectory, and tv series to the tvseries directory..
3) I have tried that, and that works.. The problem is that utorrent 3 works a bit different than version 2..... and it's not compatible whit the plugin..

Last feature point: Change the name of the downloaded file; When you download a movie, the moviename is by example: "The.Green.Hornet[2011]DvDRip[Eng]-PiRaTeS" I want to store a file like this on my harddrive as: The Green Hornet (2011) because than I'm shure that moving pictures "knows" what movietitle I meen.. In some cases, the strange filenames of downloaded filesdoesn't match with the database of movingpictures.. So, It would be nice, that when you want to download a file, you get a popup where you can enter an alternative title This is also the reason for point 2 (see above). When I have one big folder for music, tv series and movies, moving pictures is also try to find a match for tv-series.. So, I like to have It clear and clean

You must be kidding
This function was there many years before.
But If this function is not in web ui api we can't use it in mp-mytorrents. This plugin is just a cool web ui. If token authentification is disabled in 3.0 I can't help you, sorry.
P.s. You need to change file name not torrent name as i see. You can try different renamers (and I don't know how to find em)

Are you shure? I have searched all options in myTorrents 2.2.1, and there is no function to do this.. Can you tell me where I can find it? If the option is in utorrent, why should it not be in the webapi?

EDIT: I know you can rightclick on a torrent and change the download location..

What I meen, is the option to set DEFAULT downloadfolders, so you don't have to change each file mannualy..

Unfortunately this plugin uses the same web page for search as you see when you for example enter thepiratebay.org. It also means that it gets broken really easy!
If there are some changes on their web page, it can easily also break functionality of this plugin, even though you try to make it carefully and flexible.

Are you shure? I have searched all options in myTorrents 2.2.1, and there is no function to do this.. Can you tell me where I can find it? If the option is in utorrent, why should it not be in the webapi?

What I meen, is the option to set DEFAULT downloadfolders, so you don't have to change each file mannualy..

Options- Preferences - UI Settings - When Adding Torrents - Show a Window that ...
And some news about changing download location in web ui.
Docs tells that you can only download files to list of predefined folders which you can set somewhere in application.
So it is not possible to download to any custom folder by default. But there is a solution on forums.
You cannot save files to custom directory but you can change default download directory and then save files to a new place.
Just need implementation.

But skinning is too hard for me. Any help will be appreciated.
Anyway maybe somebody could test my files? (xml to skin/StreamedMP, dll to plugins/Windows)
Don't forget to backup original files.

P.s. Also I need a mockup for "download location choose" menu. I'm afraid i can't use simple contextmenu for this coz everytime I click on item I need to choose from "set current directory as donload location" and "go to subdirectory".
