Ok, here's the tryout by yours suggestions.
What is inside:
1. Image nfo import with local files priority
2. UserGroups added in nfo import/export
3. Sort by SortTitle implemented (check screenshots) (also will be imported/exported with nfo)
On first run, db will be upgraded and "sorttitle" field will be filled with "title" field. You need to change SortTitle in config videodatabase editor or, if you have it in nfo, it will be imported.
On new movie scan (with scrapper), sorttitle will be the same as title. This is also the same on nfo import if nfo file do not have sorttitle tag or if it is empty.
Check setting in Config to use "Sort title" in title views and start MP. That should be it.
Last to add is that you can change sorttitle in GUI but I don't have time for that right now (will be soon here).
Last, don't forget to backup original files.

Ok Deda, this file work, i must test now.
Here's the V3 version in which you can change SortTitle in GUI through context menu on selected title (see screenshot). This requires you also to copy lang xml because of new string, otherwise in context menu you will see blank for change option.

Inside are also some other patches (not strictly related to MyVids but they mess up user experience so you can be test subjects )
* numeric key selection in dialogs menu fixed
* crash in skin engine in some occasions (rapid closing of MP screens)
* vdb save and reopen on standby/hibernate - wakeup (one of the biggest problem I personally have when MP crashes - all local MP databases are kept in memory until MP is closed, so in case on crash, all changes in databases are lost for good so I added on standby that all changes are written to the HDD, so in case of crash not too much will be lost [only last session after wake-up], for constantly running MP there is no cure except change db cache behavior)

Hi Deda,
Can you add for 1.3B an GUI function, for export movie info in NFO ( same function as export in configuration) directly in view "movie info";
and export all in nfo, poster, fanart, but only for film selected. this is good for movie scraped in MP.
i pray for nfo on Folder and other request ... ... ... ...
