Native Blu-ray player does not play HD audio (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I've been using BD handler plug-in to play blu-ray movies (from local harddisk, not from BD). When 1.3 came out with native blu-ray support I tried using it but it did not perform HD audio streaming although configured to do so. I couldn't get 1.4 to do this either and so continue to use BD handler plug-in...
I'd love to use the native player/handler if possible without the plug-in. Any idea how I can do that with support for DTS-HD and Dolby True-HD?

Of course I had configured MP based on the Wiki including Audio type settings (and also tried different settings). As detailed above I couldn't get it to stream HD audio (actually it didn't bit-stream at all - My receiver did not show even 'regular' DTS...). When enabling BD handler, HD audio streamed to my receiver.

what audio renderer and audio decoder have you configured for BDs?

Currently I use LAV decoder and MPAR.
Previously I used ffdshow for decoding. I don't recall which renderer (probably default).

MPAR cant bitstream. Set BluRay audiorenderer to HDMI device, BluRay LAV Audio - to bitstream and test again.

Hi. I was previously mistaken. I don't use MPAR. I use the default direct sound device (hdmi output in this case) for audio rendering...
Any ideas? Thx.
