Need help TV TUNER cannot create graph (1 Viewer)

I own A hauppauge WINTV GO

Mediaportal finds it as a hauppauge wintv express
it says it cannot create graph what can i do?

to fix this problem

Follow what it says in this thread https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/viewtopic.php?t=12846 but you might not have to email anything off if the card is already detected.
