That guide is an old one, and currently obsolete.
Did you get through the login steps correctly?
I think it should still work, I don't hava any complaints (I don't have netflix so can't test it myself)...
Can you get me the onlinevideos.log?
Yes, the login seemed to work. Here are the logs

Hm the logs are not at debug level so not much use to me.
Did it ever work for you and it just started failing recently or is it your first time trying this?
Any others (@TLD ) having the same issue?

How do I get debug level logs?
It only worked until I logged in, then it just kind of got back to MP OnlineVideos where I can choose Netflix. After that "Error getting dynamic categories"

I started (and continue) receiving the error several months back. I do not believe the error was associated with any MediaPortal upgrade. I don't use Netflix that often, so never got around to reporting it.

ok, i've updated OnlineVideos FAQ to reflect the changes in netflix.

Can one of you set the "Enable Verbose logging" to true and loglevel to debug, and send me privately! (you do not want to get your credentials or other sensitive info public) the onlinevideos.log so I can hopefully see what is wrong?
