Can you try with the dll joined (Fanart and Logo pbs) and give me your feedback.

Its a feature of the AMC updater that, if any videofiles are in a subfolder of the main films folder, then the name of the subfolder will be taken as groupname and the original/translated (can be selected wich one) will be saved as "groupname/title"

It's the hierachical concept in MyFilms. So define the hierachical separator to do that.

With a example:

I have a subfolder called "Bourne" in my main films folder, with three files inside: Bourne identity.avi, Bourne supremacy.avi, Bourne ultimatum.avi


- After importing from internet, AMCupdater will write as translated titles: "Bourne\el caso bourne", "bourne\el mito de Bourne", "bourne\el ultimatum de Bourne". So the hierarchy "Bourne" group is automatically stablished

- With Myfilms, the translated titles will be: "el caso Bourne", "el mito de Bourne", "el ultimatum de Bourne", and we will have three ungrouped entries.

Im requesting for MyFilms the option of working like AMCu so that it would write the subfolder as group with the translated or original title (I suppose it depends of the field chose as master in the MF config)

HI Zebons,

I've been using the logos option and really like it. But i noticed one possible bug (im using 4.7.9), that whenever i tried to delete one type logo (ID2001 or ID2002), it shows the item deleted. I saved the configuration and restart the MesFilm Setup, the deleted items are back again. Any idea?

Fixed in future version.

I have a problem with the last version. When i save from within the configuration it tells me i have 132 movies. When i go in myFilms from within MP, i dont see any movie. I have added a list view by actors and if i choose it works i see the actors but when i enter one i cant see the movie. I use the last version of Aeon Wide 1.3 and MP RC3 svn version. Any help?

Can you attach an example of your xml db and your MyFilms.xml config file ?

Try naming fanart with the translated or original title.
In my case, only works with original title.

Actually Fanart are searched with Original Title as jpg file ...

That was the problem!Indigo (the skin that i used before) asked for .png files....

Now if a movie doesn't have the relative fanart and i don't select the option "Use default film poster as Fanart......" the last viewed fanart remain in the background.
Is this a known effect?I'd prefer the standard background without any image.

Unfortunately, not.
As there's no good plugin for music videos yet (mVids is still under development), I use my Films both for movies and live concerts/opera/ballet.
That's why I'd love to add Director and Actor for movies and Artist and Composer for music.

I know about several configs, but it's not that good, as I have to re-enter the plugin to change the config.

With the latest version, you have 5 supplementaries wiews (+2), 2 customs sort (+1) and 2 search fields options (+1)....

- Prueba.xml is the xml generated by AMC updater after importing from internet
- Prueba2.xml is the file generated by MyFilms after importing from internet.

Both of them use the same script and the same movies folder, with a subfoldercontaining the three Bourne films. Look at the "translated films"
