I think you can use Rick164's build. It was made for use with Arduino, which I also use, but I see that Teensy is kind of the same, so it will probably work.

After long research and development , Teensy 2 seems to be working with atmoduino ... First all, he working with FastSPI lib now !
I must test, for compile Atmoduino ! I hope this code work ...

That's great news So Teensy is basically the same as Arduino, but smaller and doesn't use USB > Serial port, but directly USB. I know what to get instead of an Arduino next time.
