New poster and season banner not downloading (2 Viewers)

I don't have any problems with downloading fanart (wallpaper). I'm only refering to new poster and season fanart. Usually, within a few days when they are uploaded to thetvdb they are automatically downloaded. Never was a problem for the last years.
It's not a big deal, it just annoys me, because I don't understand it.

Mp-tv series won't to download any new show overview and fan art.
if choose update - i get the message "Nothing to do" like this:

Maybe TheTVdB is screwing with their mirror system, cuz in @Drdima log I see the weird "from http:Mhetvdb.com" entry.

You would have to run Fiddler2 or Wireshark alike tools with MP-TVSeries doing the update to find out what it is actually connecting to in the background and analyze the data sent back and forth.

Hi Imzadi, can you check your cache folder for the series in question and look in the banners.xml e.g.

C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\MP-TVSeries\Cache\<id>\banners.xml

Can you verify if the banner in question exists in this file?

I had to search a bit for a missing one, as those I had already downloaded the ones I uploaded myself to thetvtb. Fo example, all season banners for season 5 of fringe are missing. Successfully downloaded was only the frist one http://www.thetvdb.com/banners/seasons/82066-5-2.jpg. And in German http://www.thetvdb.com/banners/seasons/82066-5.jpg. All of the season banners were uploaded more than two weeks ago.

I could find the others in banners.xml but they were not downloaded to
C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\thumbs\MPTVSeriesBanners\Fringe\-langen-seasons

I manually deleted season 5 from database, startet import and the missing season banners downloaded.

Thanks Imzadi, I think I have tracked the problem down in code.

Find attached a test dll so we can be sure it's working as expected now. If it looks like that fixed the issue then I will push out another release.

I tried something else. I cleared Update Timestime. I tried that before several times last week, but it didn't help. But today, after I used you update, a lot of season banners and poster have been downloaded.

I'm just not sure about future updates, but I will monitor it.

I think what happen Imzadi, is that when you tested yesterday the updates.xml that comes from thetvdb.com had no series updates for the ones in question. Anyway, keep an eye on it but im sure the issue I fixed should resolve the problem. I myself noticed a few posters get downloaded.
