Please attach a screenshot showing the LAV audio configuration so we can check it.
Aside from that, in general there's nothing we can do. The codec (LAV in your case) and renderer is responsible for bit-streaming, and we don't control/manage them.

The M$ Win10 Update KB3116908 fixed the missing Bitstreaming for me!
