I finally got it working wooooop woooooop!
Turned out windows update had installed the Intel IGPU driver for me and it was the latest one so I did not question it.
BUT! if you get the driver from the Intel website it also installs the Intel HDMI HD Audio driver.
So now its all working fine and DTS-HD logo lights up on my Onkyo
