    Windows Version XP SP3:

    Hello,

after updating to Version 1.0.1.0 the option to change between ts and mpeg in the configmenu of TV-Server is missing. Is there an other way to tell TV-Server to store mpeg recordings?

NO way to strore mpeg anymore?

Is there any reason to remove this good function?

I prefered to store mpeg and view it in seperat players and hope that the MP team will rebuilt this function in the next release!

    Regards
    Ramu

As an extra note, some of those bugs are in Microsoft components that we don't have any control.

Sure there is, just not inside MP itself though. Doom9.net - The Definitive DVD Backup Resource. I recommend the ProjectX method.

TS format is not a MediaPortal format but stands for Transport Stream which is the common file format for streaming mpeg. (it offers more functionality than the normal mpeg file format, like possible redundancy of data, and a/v sync)

Corel Video Studio has a function "Recover DVB-T Video". You can convert ts-files with it.
