This ain't just going to be aNOD32 issue, these definitions for antivus software get picked up by lots of company's, the best thing anyone can do is report the problem to the AV manufacturer, as a false positive, so they exclude it.

Try uninstalling AVG (reboot required) and see if it makes a difference.
ps. Avast has a higher detection rate than AVG, also I just love the ability to switch off, or do a boot time scan, which AVG cannot do, and now its much prettier as well (get from download.com).
