    Description
I checked past posts and discovered a similar issue was submitted a year ago. I'm wondering if there might be some condition from the broadcast information (in this case, from Schedules Direct) that causes the scheduled recordings to fail to be shown in the Guide, and not be marked in Program Info, although they appear to be set in the Scheduled Recordings section. These are all _record every time on this channel_, but only certain programs are marked in the Guide, while others are not. It seems the same programs are not shown as _record_ over the 2 week lineup, but they do record as they are scheduled. I do not keep the episodes in Recorded TV from week to week.
I've included a zip of screen-caps of my 2 week recording lineup in the Guide. The unmarked programs are _selected_. There is one cap from the debug session using Default Wide, and the others are a sequence of caps using Default.

    Steps to Reproduce:
every time I check the guide and scroll through my lineup. It is not skin related. I have 2 clients hooked up to a client/TV-server and they all report the same info.
Is there any other info that might be useful?

    are missing?

Do you know how to run SQL queries against the TV server database? (are you running MySQL or SQL Server?)

I believe I'm running the MS SQL Server.

no, I do not know how. :(

They are not "missing" so much as just not showing as scheduled to record in the Guide (red background). When I go to Program Info to check if they are set to record, the menu reads "Stop Recording" (although they do not have the series-record pin visible)... and they do subsequently record as scheduled.

I hate it when, for some unknown reason, a perceived bug (or at the least, misbehavior) seems to correct itself.

I scanned through my 2 week lineup today and all scheduled recordings were shown correctly in the TV Guide.

This doesn't mean there is nothing wrong. It means it is intelligent, and it is observing ... and learning. Sneaky gremlin... worse than having just an simple, reliably reproducible bug. I will be vigilant and try to catch it the next time. o_O

    It'sssssss BAaaaaack.

Both client/server and second client are missing some red markers that a recording is scheduled. In Program the record pin is not assigned to the scheduled program, but the menu says "Don't record".

In tonight's lineup, the two 7:00 programs are red, but the three 8:00 programs are not. Programs are listed in Scheduled recordings.

The wife is watching TV so I can't get any logs at this time. It will probably fix itself (again) by the time I can run logs.

    Chuck

    (sigh) just as I predicted.

I did upgrade to the new SchedulesDirect plugin build before I checked the guide ... but I don't see how that would have made a difference.

    Wait and see .... again.

Since no-one else is reporting this, I would consider the possibility that schedulesdirect is at fault. Do you have any other way of getting EPG data, so you can test without it for a while?

    okay, this is fun ....
    I have a 13 day lineup.
My scheduled recordings look good in my Guide until the second Thursday and Friday, then none of my scheduled programs are marked in the Guide. It is also not marked in Program info, but the menu says "Don't Record". They show up in Scheduled Recordings.

    pic 1 = 1st Thursday (okay)
    pic 2 = 2nd Thursday (not okay)
pic 3 = Program info screen
    pic 4 = Scheduled Recordings

Late to the party (been busy): I'm seeing the same problem with the UK DVB over the air EPG. It started a few versions back after caching was added to speed up EPG display. It was a regular problem in 1.2.2, it's worse in 1.2.3.

It only affects display, everything else knows the programmes are scheduled. Altering the start or end padding on an affected programme temporarily gets it marked correctly.
