This option can even same client and server bandwidth as it will not download or upload unnecessary language banners.

How about the ability to assign one language per series in MP TV Series and then download both the banners and the description in that language. I'd love to have the information for shows Made In Germany in German and everything else in English ... Is this doable?

If the interfaces (what the plugin gets back from the online DB) would distinguish, then it would simply prefer banners in the language you have selected, falling back to english if no language specific banners are available. Or even auto create one from the blank banners. But to the plugin, there is no way to distinguish currently.

Well, if you specify german as your language then your german shows will, assuming they have german info, come down in german and everything that does not have german info will come down in english. But if, lets say, CSI does have german info, it too will be displayed in german.

I don't think its something many ppl would use, to specify a language on a per series basis, so unless I hear otherwise from many people I'll prioritize other things. :sorry:

I also think that Inker is right - and I think it's the better way to do it on a general base. Just my 2 cents...

i dont know if its just me or someone else is also experiencing this.

Anyway a new show started today from ABC named Traveler. There is an entry on thetvdb.com database and its correct but when i try to import the series the plugin tells me that it cannot find the show. I double check my naming and all is correct, even in the parsing test the results retrive are correct.
Here is the full filename of the first episode.

I think the plugin is still referencing tvdb.zsori.com. I added a new series to thetvdb.com and the plugin coudln't find it.

The following bugs should have been fixed and features added, please test:

X enable renaming of views (bit of a dirty hack) + enable/disable
X check why banners get reset when random banner is off
X (cant confirm - but explicitally set it) reset focus to facadeview after osd selections
X forom retrievable requires english series title to work (relevant for non-english users)
X check weird bug with wrong file association (karamellz pm) - 720p -> replacemetn strings
X rework replacement strings to work before regex match (finally gets rid of problems with certain shows like reno 911 + filename strings like 720p etc.)
X null exception in config logos + button click but no rule selected
X add actual file deletion (config option on/off + confirm dialog in MP)
X propertly clear GUIProperties (OSD)
X sometimes after playback descr. display is not filled in MP?
X after playback select last item
X add virtual field <Episode.FileSizeB> (bytes) + <Episode.FileSize> (pretty formatted) + <Episode.FileDate>

The only thing really worthwhile mentioning is that if you have files with fielnames that contain 720p 1080p/i or something other that interferes with correct parsing (I always had problems with files like Reno 911 4x01 being parsed as Season 9 Ep 11 for instance) you can now explicitally tell the plugin to ignore those.

Under string replacement fill in Enabled/Before/720p/<space> and 720p will be ignored in any filesnames when parsing. I highly recommend you do this if you have such files.

If you want to display Filesizes of your episodes, you will need to manually change the configuration to include fields <Episode.FileSizeB> or <Episode.FileSize> . <Episode.FileSizeB> is Raw bytes and only useful for logo rules. <Episode.FileSize> is pretty formatted to MB/GB etc.

I need translation for the following:

"You are about to permanently delete {0} physical file(s).\nWould you like to proceed?"

If all goes well this will be the new stable release and released as v0.8 as soon as a few people tested it and found it to be stable (for a couple of days).

Thanks for the update. The only "problem" I have is that My TV Series shows twice in the main screen. Shows ok in simple home.
