Hello

Yesterday I have upgrader from 0.10 to 0.16 but now

- some of youtube videos played in 0.10 can not be played properly with 0.16. They do play but with white noise ( annoying ) instead of real sound.
- cnet does not play at all
- Apple trailers ( some of them without sound , some of them fastforward )

What could be the problem ?

I am on latest MP SVN version ( see my system )

hi, couple of feature requests / questions regarding youtube plugin.

how can i view and use playlits? i only get search results but no playlist results.

also, is it possible to enable copy and paste, so that i can copy urls from youtube directly into the search field or something so as to go straight to the video. often i will find a youtube vid on my laptop and then want to copy it straight into mediaportal but i cannot and have to then find the video within media portal. is it possible to enable the ablitly to copy and paste, and to accept a url direct to a video? even a subcategory just URL would be ideal

you cannot use playlists directly from the plugin you need to add them in the xml
see my plugin in "Anime ITA" channel: they are all playlists

post the playlists you like!

Hi everyone, just got back from skiing in the Alps As usual I have read and noted all your posts. Here are some answers I got right away:

Actually, the first thing I tend to do when I install a new version of online videos is disable all the non-English sites. Unlike many people who participate in this wonderful product, I am sadly untalented when it comes to multi-lingual capabilities. So a good configuration enhancement would be to enable / disable sites by language. Or as thesystemera says, display them by language category.

I will add this to the configuration and if I get it right as a filter to the sites view (had this logn planned). As of now, you can sort the sites by language (the language should be displayed in each line on the right when in listview).

I think we should start categorising these sites a little, starting to get a lot of sites on the one screen... Like your CNN, MSNBC could be under News, your Miro and Youtube should stay on the main screen as they are major content providers but there are a lot of sites on the main list that one are not in English and two seem to be rather obscure. (Man the English comment makes me sound arrogent0. I think you know what I mean though, maybe catagory by Language and/or Genre, take a leaf out of Moving Pictures..

Yeah I know the list is growing, will try to find the time for adding a category selection.

One thing that would be great based on my own problems. The player often freezes and rebuffers. The solution to that is to increase the network buffering time.

Could you add a configuration setting for network buffering time and use it in

Line 239 in WMPVideoPlayer.cs

Also remove network.bufferingTime in OnBuffering, it should be set before play.

Thx, will be in next release.
Just noting: The WMPPlayer is only used on sites like wwitv, this will have no impact on sites like youtube where videos are played via directshow graph in MediaPortal.

Just a Thougt,

but maybe it´s Time to stop integrating lot´s of new Sites or Feeds and integrate an Autoupdate for the existing ones. The Effort to keep all Sites working "manually" is growing with every new Site.

What are your Thougts about that?

MyVideos "Top 10 today" works, but top 10 for week, month, and alltime, all say no videos found. This has been for quite some time.

ARD has a new Mediathek and the most Movies have a invalid URL.

Can you please fix them also?

Hello Thank you for the great plugin.
Please help me to get it working. Here are my logs, I have tried everything, and I am at my wits end. I have read this forum up and down and to no avail can I get this to work. My result is "unable to play: Audio Codec.
