Make sure all necessary codecs are installed and working. Recommendation: SAF 4 or SAF 5

Sorry, I've been using Linux and MythTV for years and years. What is SAF? I'm pretty sure that I have FFDshow installed, but I'll double-check.

OK, I found it in the sticky, der!

I went through the codec guide and installed all of that stuff before I found it, and everything is working great now (except for the sites that are known not to work, of course).

I know exactly what you mean, but there will always be users who don´t understand that video sites change their access methods/URLs often to prevent programs like yours to access the videos without entering the site and looking at all the advertising (which in the end pays the costs of those sites).
And... you´re not alone. As a skinner I receive similiar posts too - just keep cool and go on

Been with this plugin since before you took it over offbyone, and have always appreciated the work you put in keeping it both maintained and evolving. It's interesting to see that commercial products such as TiVo are finally catching up and starting to add this sort of capability to their products. This is the future, and you're doing a great job keeping ahead of the curve.
