Is every 1 else having problems with bbc iplayer because mine has stopped working the last couple of days. I get the list of available sources but no matter which one I select it never starts buffering then times out and then I get a message saying unable to play video. No url. I'm using version 27 with 1.2alpha.
Hope some1 can confirm 1 way or another

Rich, I've just tried and I'm also getting this error.
i can pick an episode, select the resolution, but stays at 0% buffered and about 10 seconds later the error message popup appears "Unable to play video. No URL"

Also on 0.27

Solution for the Favourites Problem in Youtube

Hello i was looking for a long time for a soluton for my Favourites-Problem in the YouTube Section. I recognized that i must enter the name of the Youtube-Account and not the Email-adress. Then the Favourites are working. I don't know this because in in the Browser i can login with my Emailadress...

So i think it can help you.

Included FLVSplitter selfregistering?

Hi,

If I install Onlinevideos and check during install FLVsplitter is this one selfregistering, or must I register the Splitter under regSVR32 in WIN 7 64 ?

It copies the file and registers the splitter. Should work on Win7 x64.

Any chance you know what the problem is with bbc iplayer? As described above its allowing us to select what resolution we want but not buffering on any of the resolutions, then times out with message "unable to play the video. no url"
If you need logs I'd provide them but seem to be a common problem with every1 so easy to reproduce.

Hi there,

Offbyone may need logs - he is not in the UK, so potentially won't be able to test iPlayer (unless he proxies)

Speaking of proxies--does anyone have any advice on how to set up a good proxy for streams from New Zealand? I am currently in Australia, but will soon spend time in the USA. Gotta have my Shortland Street!
