Hi All,

i am getting errors when i try and view videos on any of the sites , Youtube,porntube,*******,revision3 etc, i have attached pics below to illustrate this problem.

i downloaded the mpi file and installed it in to mediaportal -> enabled it saved all configs -> ran Mediaportal to view some of the online videos and get:-

Unable to play *****.flv

Audio codec:

*******

Youtube

*****

i have got flash player installed for Internet explorer and can view all videos when i go to the sites, but media portal/onlinevideos does not play them for some reason.

can any one help.

You need to install Real Alternative and Mediaworks flash codecs.. I think quicktiem aswell..

All I know, install SAF and the two other codecs it recommends on the first post.

I am having the exact same problems with the audio codec as phillip.. so a resolution to this problem would help me as well..

I found the real alternative codec.. however I fail to find the media works flash codec

Guess i'm not the only one having this as well. I think the creator of SAF is looking into it as well. Hopefully he has a solution in the near future.

Short update.... I installed the Real Alternative codec and QuickTime as well not really helping with the audio codec as expected

have a small request.. instead of enter pin button (get rid of it), make two options in context menu - enter pin and forget pin - the names are self explanatory

Another update... when I installed FLVSplitter.ax (newer version), MatroskaSplitter.ax, MP4Splitter.ax and MPCVideoDec.ax then it is working for me...

Next time I will add them one by one to make sure which it is that's making it work.

I skipped FFDSHOW as audio codec and using AC3Filter.. and the online videos at least start...

Now if I only could get the HD Channels to work with CoreAVC and EVR then I would be soo happy. But only way to make HD Channels work good is to use VMR with CoreAVC. So for sure something with CoreAVC and EVR that doesnt work together that well

Lets hope the SAF idea works... If we could keep to a standard formula for mediaportal that would be good.

Yahoo Get token issue

Hi all
First i ve to say this is a great plugin !
All work fine with me but i ve a problem with the token of yahoo i suppose my issue depend becouse i'm using ie 8 i test it in 2different computers with the same error

Hi offbyone,
with OnlineVideo V 0.8.0 all things work fine. But after the installation of V 0.8.3 I had the problem while playing YouTube-Videos: Audio-Codec fail (see post above).
I was going back to V 0.8.0 and now its running correctly on my MP.
Did you make any changes at the codecs inside V 0.8.3???
