I miss that this plugin does not have a hoover_ pic in the home folder..

The hover pic, should be included on the skin that u use, not in the plugin itself. Try my skin and you can get the hover pic : https://www.team-mediaportal.com/files/Download/Skins/16:9/ReplicantVistaedition1.1.7/

Hello,
i have a problem with the onlinevideos plugin:
When i'm searching youtube for videos and the results are on more than one page i can use my remote control to go down or go right and then to the little arrows on the right bottom corner of the screen. When i'm on these arrows i can press "enter" to go one page up or down.
But then i can't return to the found videos. I can't move the cursor to the videos with my remote using the left/right/up/bottom keys. I always have to use the mouse and move the cursor above one of the videos. Then i can use the buttons on the remote control to go up/down/left/right. The same problem occurs when i try to only use the keyboard. I have to use the mouse to get away from the little arrows on the bottom left of the screen.

Anyone knows this problem?

Better youtube search

Hello!

The plugin searches youtube videos by tag. The results are not accurate.

It uses this string for searching:
http://www.youtube.com/rss/tag/{0}.rss

I found a more accurate rss search and put it into Onlinevideosites.xml:
http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/videos?vq={0}&alt=rss&start-index=1&max-results=50
But it doesn't work. It finds all the results but it doesn't play them.

Try this 2 examples:
http://www.youtube.com/rss/tag/thriller.rss
http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/videos?vq=thriller&alt=rss&start-index=1&max-results=50

Would it be possible to add this search to the next version?
It could have 2 search options:
-search
-search by tag

Hello,

can anyone tell me how to search for related videos in Youtube.

I press F9, get a contecxt menu, select 2 related videos, the contecxt menu disapears, and nothing else happens?

Bad YouTube searches?

Can anyone tell me why i am getting innacurate results with the Youtube search?

I have compared searches with the plugin to those straight from IE 7. The results in
MediaPortal are almost completely irrelevant or display hardly any results at all. For
example the search term "dance" gave me only 3 clips, 2 of which weren't about dancing
at all. I know the relevancy of searches are subjective to those who post the videos,
but the inaccuracy doesn't even compare to when using a web browser. I've tried to
change the searches by making them more specific or using quotes and it only seems to
produce worse results. By the way i'm using v0.29 so that may be a problem. Is there a
new .rss link for YouTube searches? If anyone could help me out i'd really appreciate it.

just installed this plugin with rc 2 wita newish svr pack
have installed new flash and new divx web from the web site
the music plays but i get no video
any ideas any one
