Hi,

1. I select an episode and start to play it, then go "back" so the picture is in the bottom right hand corner, I then press "stop" to stop it playing and I get a rotating circle in the center of the screen like a progress indicator type thing; this overlays everying until I exit media portal and reload it. Is this a bug? Otherwise how do I stop the episode playing?

The rotating circle indicates, that the plugin is updating the TV Series information and importing new files that you might have added to your library since the last update. The time intervals between each update cycle can be set in the configuration screen of the plugin (third tab). Depending on how frequently you add files to your library you might want to adjust the standard parameters.

Thanks for the reply.
Its just it's strange becuae I havn't added anymore media, also the circlie never goes away. Also as mentioned it happens every time I hit stop on the remote, but only when it is playing an episode and the episode is down in the bottom left hand corner. (Episode selection screen is showing) Even if I exit the plug-in and got in to TV it still has the spinning circle. Seems like it could be a bug?

Well, it depends. (Nice answer, right)
The default configuration of the plugin is to run an import every five minutes. If the number of episodes you have is large enough to require five minutes or more for the import then the plugin kind a gets into a loop (zeflash - correct me if I am wrong on this). I have changed the default value to be 720 minutes i.e. every 12 hours.

First of all... excellent plugin you have going on!

Found a small (tiny) bug
The LCD display does not display the Series Name
If you go on to select a Season or Episode, that shows properly, it's only the season name that doesn't get displayed on the LCD

that is on my Logitech G15 Screen.. i haven't yet tested it on my htpc proper (i'm having some disk problems), but i guess it must be something with the strings i guess??

Other than that, everything seems to be working fine.

You are wrong
It will take 5 minutes *after* the current parsing has completed. That is to prevent this specific case of looping over.

I must add that my plugin doesn't use the WaitCursor (showing over any areas of Mediaportal, in the main menu, movies, pictures, etc), but instead uses an animated control that should be on the bottom left area of the TVSeries page.
If you're not talking about this one, then it's not my fault.

Yes this is the cursor I'm talking about, so I guess it's not coming from MP-TVSeries. However should I be able to stop a playing video (While it is in bottom left corner and I the episode selection screen is showing)? Because pressing the stop button on my remote has no effect, except for bringing up the blasted spinning circle!!!

The words might be slightly different, as I'm using the Danish version of Azureus.

In Configuration: Files: Choose your default directory.
Select (just below the default directory): Automatically download to default....

Ok, before you all start making requests and all, I'm interested in hearing about remaining bugs on scanning, importing or anything.

And, if anyone knows how to tell azureus to download a torrent IN A SPECIFIC FOLDER, please tell, this is driving me crazy.

I used to use azureus, but i cant remember all the ins and outs, sorry. If you are using the windows version (like i was) i found a much better client to use is uTorrent. It uses way less memory and runs smoothly. Apparantly the linux Azureus is pretty good though. Give uTorrent a try if you want a stable, efficient little torrent app.

Of course this was before i found out about the wonder that is usenet

Ps. Let me know if my request earlier was detailed enough.
