kind of an odd issue with mine, i have movies in my instant queue, and i can see them in the plugin. but when i add more movies to the queue, it doesn't update my list in my plugin. now when i remove a movie from my instant queue, it removes it from my plugin list.

is there something that i am missing here on how to get the newly added movies to show in my list?

Hmmm, everytime you open the Instant Queue it should check to see if new movies were added. I will take a look at that and see if there is an issue there.

Also, keep in mind there is a lag between the changes made inside the plugin and outside. In otherwords if you add something to your instant queue via a browser, it can take up to 30-40 minutes to show up in the plugin. Im not sure why the lag exists, it has something to do with the API syncing up with the NetFlix live system.

hhhmm, i will have to check it when i get home. i know i added stuff to the queue on tuesday and as of last night, only the stuff i removed from it was gone, but none of the new movies were there.

I think this is a plugin issue, Bahnzai just PM'ed me to let me know he has the same issue...

So I've been running 1.1Beta and Netflix installed just fine, however, for some odd reason, it refuses to start in fullscreen.
I tried to uninstall it via mpinstaller, but I got an "uninstall error".

What can I do to get it to go back to starting in Fullscreen mode?

Installed this plugin last night to give my Netflix trial a shot. I do like the feel of the interface, but I have encountered some problems. I combed through about 20 pages of this thread so I don't know if this has been encountered or fixed yet. My apologies if someone already mentioned it.

1. Searching instant watch by genre does not show all of the movies in that category, and it's not possible to search by sub-genre. For example the Comedy genre in the plugin only shows 8 movies when there are many, many more. Also the same movie can appear in more than one genre category. A good example is 'Escape from the Planet of the Apes'. It believe it appears under Classics and Thrillers (going from memory since I am not at my htpc right now). I don't think this happens when using Netflix via a browser.

2. The netflix player keyboard shortcuts are much different than what was posted in this thread. For example the spacebar or enter key pauses a movie, not ctrl+p. Shift+enter allows me to skip to other parts of the video. I haven't figured out how to skip from one episode to another yet. I tested these combos with a keyboard. I am using IR Server Suite to map controls to my remote. I am also using Firefox to watch movies since you can use this plugin to completely eliminate Firefox's gui.

I really like this plugin, and this would be perfect if these two issues were fixed. Other than this good job on the plugin! Thank you for your work on it.

I am new to this and installed your plug in and must say I like it. I do have one issue (I am sure it has been beat to death already) it seems that when I goto watch it now and click on a movie it goes to firefox and starts up no problem (I have it set like that right now), but when I hit the Control+e it does not go back to MP. I have to goto to my start menu and click on MP to get back to it.

Did I install something wrong or is it a setting issue.

Hey Chris,
It sounds like the the script is not running? Can you check to see if you have two red Netflix boxes in your system tray when you start a movie?

Do you have MP set to always be on top? If so can you try to uncheck it to see if it resolves the issue?

Hmmm... Go into the configuration and see if your account is authorized. If not, go ahead and authorize again and save the settings. See if that resolves the issue...

Thanks Will E. That was it now for problem number 2 that I am having.
When I use your custom web browser instead of firefox I can not use either the "a" or "s" key, both of these keys are disabled. As you can tell it is not a bad keyboard since I am typing this on it. Have you seen this before? and do you know what the issue is?
