One question though, where do i find the basichome file generated by your menu editor?
I've found xfactor.xml and when adding items to that file i can generate a new basichome with currently unsupported items in it, but i would also like to change some of the names in basichome menu.

As for tvgemist, i'm working on skinfiles for x-factor, I already do have a good working version but it's not as polished as i would like it yet. it's my first skinning attempt so i'm doing the best i can
I hope to upload a working version tonight or so.

I only use very few items/plugins, so I did a mod on the Aeon style basic home for MediaStream to fit the X-Factor skin. If someone wants this, I can upload the needed files. It's based on Spragelknas version of the .xml file, so it's really easy to modify to your needs and supports 8 items. I really love this skin!

Edit (2): I've redone the weather overlay so it matches the X-Factor skin and also did a little code change in the Basichome.xml so that the Now Playing overlay is under the time overlay.

If you have downloaded this mod and already finished your own version, just edit the last part (the order needs to change):

Change:

	<import>common.time.xml</import>
	<import>common.overlays.xml</import>
	<import>xfactor.version.xml</import>

to:

	<import>common.overlays.xml</import>
	<import>common.time.xml</import>
	<import>xfactor.version.xml</import>

i wanna nominate this skin to be moved to hot skins or atleast given its own section as a number of people have modified files for it there for it can be kept a log on in another topic

I would suggest a couple of plugins to be implemented:

- Onlinevideos
- myyoutube

One question: where do you put the list of modules to be used in the menu generator? Is it in the .dll itself? Where can I add a module if I design the skin for it?

With the inconsistent functionality and stability MP releases these days, it would be great if all skin and plugin makers could have archive links to their various versions.
