Nice skin and works well except for the winamp visualization.

For some reason it usually doesn't show up at all and when it does, it flickers like hell. It seems to duplicate the overlayed visualization and shows it in the upper left corner and the box it's supposed to (and where the video plays). Anyone else having this kind of strange behavior? In fullscreen the visualization works as it's supposed to so it must be the overlaying that's not working?

I have never used this vizualization. What do I need to do to use/configure this? Please advice so that I can debug.

Hi,i think i've come across this issue too...here u can download all the needed files for Milkdrop 2 visualization (just extract the archive to MP directory) --> https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/394682-post1.html
After that open mediaPortal Configuration -->Music --> Visualizations (select Milkdrop 2.1) --> Now Playing (select "Show visualizations" )...now close MP configuration,Start MP and play some music,when u go i "Now Playing "screen you should see the Winamp visualization (press X to go fulscreen) and from there if u go back to BasicHome u should see the visualization in the overlay window too...

The problem was I hadn't reconfigured the the vis since upgrading to 1.01. After I did that it doesn't flicker any more. However It still doesn't show up in the "now playing" window and I get the cover art instead. Pressing x opens the vis to full screen though. Is it supposed to show the vis and if not, can I edit the skin so that it does?

I have investigated how I could include visualization into the skin. Unfortunately it is very hard to make something that looks good. It is impossible to make a condition in the skin to show thumbs sometimes/visualization other times and then real video from TV or Movies at other times. The condition types in MP does not allow me to do this in a good way. In blue3 this is possible due to the fact that the thumb and visualization/video has separate spaces on the screen. In xfactor they share space (either music info OR video info).

What I have done is to;
* in basichome you get no visualization
* in common overlay (now playing) on other pages you get no visualization
* fullscreen visualization is available everywhere
* in music now playing screen I have made room for visualization
* in music playlist I have made room for visualization

This is unfortunately the best I can do at the moment...

Sorry to disturbing you...
You made 5 menus with unlimited number of submenue items, thats great, everything is fine..
For me is better start my pc games directly from x-factor, than go to myemulators and from there start PC games.
What happens, I have much PC games, and when i put in Games menu, height of menu is growing and cover whole screen...
Is it possible that size of menu be same height, and submenue items scrolls inside menues..

It is a good suggestion but I don't think this is possible in MP (at least I do not know how).

I have also tried to correct all your bug reports (in this forum). The release will also contain new features with music vizualisation, overall fine tuning of graphics and a lot of other small tweaks. Latest version of menu editor will offcourse also be included.

Thank you but it is still only a possibility. It looks nice (kind of aeon style but up and down) but it is very complex to implement because of all visibility tags and background pictures... I will have to see when (and if) I have the time so implement it...
