I was able to get it working. Channels, program info... everything working. I also upgraded to the new MP edition. Fantastic program. The best way to keep track of the zap2it plugin releases is just to follow this thread or is there a link that shows the releases?

is this currently working with .2.2.0 becuase I installed a fresh version of mp and setup the plugin with everything and set it to force update, but i'm getting no channels on everything. Any advice?

Hey Patrick,

Can you maybe put a link to the latest Zap2it plugin in your signature? I know the latest is posted back a few pages, but it is a pain to try and find it all the time. This would hold you over until a more permanent solution is made.

I have modified the first post in this thread slightly with links to the latest SVN and stable tree files provided by patrick. Please provide feedback and let me know if this is better.

Also, if we could get some feedback that the Zap2itPlugin-MP-SVN-TestFixATSC.zip build works for the 0.2.2 version AND the SVN versions after the 0.2.2 build was released this would confirm that this one file is the only one required for the latest 0.2.2 stable release any any SVN versions going forward.

Hmm for some reason some of my channel are not mapped properly but only when i try to type the number of the channel while im watching tv.

If i select it in the TV Guide it will work fine.

Example: If i type the channel 33 , it will show me the channel 37 but if i go in the guide and select the 33 it will be ok.

All the channel are mapped properly in my Config.

Hey guys I just got my media portal setup and love it so far, the only issue I am having now is with zap2it plugin and being able to save the channel lineup. After I put in my username and pwd and refresh the listing for toronto it shows all the channels I need but when I hit the save button it gives me an error and says unable to save lineup data to zap2it or something like that..any ideas? I have tried reinstalling the plugin as well and am running the latest version of MP.

Try going into the MP configuration.exe -> Television
and UNCheck "Select Channel By Index"

Yes, sometimes it does timeout.
You can goto the labs.zap2it.com web site and make changes your lineup(s) there.
I have increased the timeout length for the next version.

Thanks for the info Patrick the problem is that I am unable to get any guide data because of this, do I need to save the zap2it data by hitting the save button? I have tried both ways and get no guide info..also how do I add another guide listing because I also use satellite
