    Hi !

one step ahead i have become now, but still no picture.

one thing that i have noticed is that the "feeds" is not at the same place, compared to the PDF-guide for piiptv.

when i "install" Video Center Provision File it will install 3 different things:
    piiptv....stream, piiptv.....live, piiptv....download
so in video center it looks like this: (pics below)
is some feed missing or can they be in wrong place or...
because in section "video on demand" i can´t add a feed, and in the example pdf there was some piiptv recording and on another piiptv... also.

    2.
when i choose my normal access point (tele Finland) it says that no 3G is available, but should it not be able to run on GPRS or...

    hi, hingstin!

Thanks for dropping me e-mail, i tried your service with my phone and it was working perfectly :)

    some notifications:
    1. you have lot of channels (86 pcs) if you don't have payment card for those channels go to TV-server and channel management and press "delete scrambled channels" That will speed up EPG update greatly! :)

    2. what you have to do in phone, go to WEB UI click add service. Open Video centre and wait until EPG is updated and then just start to watch TV :)

    3. With GPRS speed you cannot do much, i would say only update EPG and use a bit "piipTV download" -feed, you can refresh that feed and download some very short recordings. If you phone is not going to 3G/HSDPA you need to use WLAN. :)

    4. you don't need to change any settings from video center, i mean those screen shot what you have attached :)

    Hi
and thanks for the Support :D

but i still have the same problems, e.g when i try to "watch" a channel it is loading and the i get the message "disconnected..... these two last screenshot in my earlier post.
i am connecting through wlan (but still over wan not lan)

So can something have been mixed up in the phone, how can i completly erase all these settings and install piiptv again.

if i now try to install it "over" the old ones i just try to install two "settings" before it was three?!?

is it something in the "connections" or in real-player settings that can be wrong or corupt??

"if i now try to install it "over" the old ones i just try to install two "settings" before it was three?!?"

If you select from advanced settings "no ts to mpeg4 conversion" then there is only two services that will be installed to phone. And if this is not selected then there is three services that will be installed to phone :) And if you install settings "over" then latest settings will be "updated".:)

"is it something in the "connections" or in real-player settings that can be wrong or corupt??"

Real-player settings does not affect to video center...

From plugin advanced settings don't select "no udp stream" or "no tcp stream" those boxes should be un-selected. Thore are for advanced usage :)

    28.8.2008

Quick new release 0.5.7.1, purpose is to fix recording for MP RC2 users! And new 'manage account' -option for Video Center users

    Release content:
+ Fixed recording with RC2, MP fix (0001513: recordings you start in manual control can not be stopped - MediaPortal Bugtracker) caused some turbulence to piipTV recording with RC2 (RC1 was working fine)
+"Manage account" -option found from Video center! You need to install service again to phone (click link in web -UI) and install service to phone. Then open 'piipTV live' and from Options menu select "Manage account" this is fast shortcut to WEB UI :)
+ Improved mpeg4 clip convertion start detection
+ Added time-out for RTSP connection if data not received with UDP streaming
+ Shows now "Active card" in plugin UI

    Get it from http:/piiptv.japo.fi :)

    "unable to create/statrt graph"

This error message is coming directly from MediaPortal, plugin has nothing to do with this. I quess that if you see this error message you cannot view picture with plugin or with MP itself.

    Hi

Now it is working very well so thanks again for alll feedback and help! :D

    Still som questions:

    1. Is it possible to get "full screen", now a small list about 4 mm wide is around the pictore?

    2. Is there any way to Activate an user account in PiipTV wit user: and password: ?

    3. Is it possible to activate a Radio function in Piptv

when i use a satelit reciver, there is a lot of radiochannels that would be nice to stream over to the phone, because the radio function in the phone is pretty poor and is not working without an "antenna"

If quess that you are now using service with phone? If you have N95 then just slide phone to "landscape" -mode and wait few seconds picture will be landscape. If you are using PC -profile & VLC pop-up window duble click the picture and it will be full screen. If you have lot of bandwidth available for PC profile you can tune from advanced settings PC -profile and set bit bigger resolution / bit rate.

    2. Is there any way to Activate an user account in PiipTV wit user: and password: ?
This is definitely top on my TODO -list. So some day we will see that :)

Yes radio is possible, not a big deal to do :)

    release 0.5.9.5 out!

    19.10.2008

This release 0.5.9.5 brings lot of new supported devices / player -clients!!

+ S60 feature pack 2 phones N96 and N78 supported from this release onwards!! I have got reports from piipTV -beta users that those new devices are working nicely with this piipTV release.
+ Quick Time UDP streaming fixed for this release.
+ Windows mobile users has been reporting that CorePlayer is working with this release!! Seems that this company is also working versions to iPhone and Google Android so piipTV can be used soon also with those devices.
+ “Conan O’Brien” –fix, removed ‘ –mark from clip names since VLC does not like that mark.
+ fixed scheduled clips –conversion, now also scheduled clips gets converted to AVC.
+ totally new VLC version 0.9.2 Grishenko seems to also work with this piipTV release if you use MEPG4 , but if you select MPEG4 AVC VLC will crash, discussion can be monitored here.

If you are using VLC 0.8.6 -series, remember this VLC bug http://www.mantis.team-mediaportal.com/view.php?id=1470 and that’s why VLC 0.8.6f/g are preferred working versions.

    Get it from piiptv.japo.fi!
