[Please Test] Add already watched ts buffer to recording (1 Viewer)

I tried this now with RC1, and it seems to not work.
Downloaded the .rar, extracted it, configured comskip plugin to run the merger (tv server config), configured media portal (with the debugoptions) for this and tvnotification, tried recording with enough buffer existing, and nothing happened.
will do more testing on this.
