how do i uninstall tvserver3 i went to this website and downloaded MP
MEDIAPORTAL - free MediaCenter HTPC Software - MediaPortal Downloads

I downloaded the first one that says stable. Where do i uninstall or unselect server3?

OK then , you dont. You're posting in the wrong forum. This is the TV-Server forum. This thread should be moved to the MediaPortal forum. Download the latest svn for Mediaportal and install it. Then install latest TVServer3 SVN and then install the TV Client Plugin that comes with it. Works really great for me. If you card doesnt get detected by TVServer3, then ill see if i can help you further. TVServer3 works basically as a backend for taking care of recordings, etc. When its installed with the TV Client plugin, MediaPortal just acts as a frontend.

Now, if you still want to just use MediaPortal, i may be able to help with that as well. Would you be able to install VNC and setup access so i can try to get a better idea of what's going on? If we can get the graph built, we could probably pretty easily get your card supported in MediaPortal.
