Hello.
I've done the tests you suggest. My Server wakes up as it should. But the plugin gives an error message, something like "Status of Server could not be seen". It disappeared to fast to read exactly.
The Logs you need are attached.

Thx Lehmden for your effort. I did a first change on the code, which hopefully will fix this bug. I've sent you a PM with the binary. Maybe you could test this for me.

Just started using your plugin, hope this plugin will solve some of my problems ...
But i just seem to have the same problem as Lehmden.

I am in close contact with lehmden, we are trying to identify the source of the bug and fix it. If you like to, you can join in the group of beta testers. Just send me a PM, then I will send you the next build.

Hi all
I'm running version 1.1.0 of MP and wanted to use this great plugin but I was geeting problems when starting the configuration. I decided to download the deprecated version of the DLL from feb from the google site and it worked. Maybe the developers could point this out and make it available on the first post.?? Thanks very much for the plugin it works great.

Hi,
usually there should be no problem with MP 1.1 and the Featured WOL Powermanager Version 0.2.2.0. Also no one reported any errors with this version and MP 1.1. The deprecated Download is just the old WOL-PowerManager 0.2.0.1 Version with less features.

Because you didn't provided any logs, i can't give you much more information. Maybe you could post logs and tell me what exactly goes wrong with the config GUI. But probably there's something missing on your HTPC setup.

Yes, finally we made a new attempt to nail down the often reported bug with the socketexception. The Wol-Powermanager Team and our testers (Lehmden and Lowietje) were very aimed to get a solution for this. We would like to say thanks already for the testers' contribution, without you we couldn't get as far as we are now!

Our major focus was on fixing this issue, we provide two ways to get rid of this problem. The first is the default way and you will nothing have to do for get it working, it's implemented in the Wake-Up function of our plugin.
If the error occures anyway you should check the 'enable ping over ip' checkbox on the advanced tab in the config-gui.

This time, we won't rush this release and will release this version as an release candidate. It's only running with MePo 1.2.0 Beta, there will be no release for MePo 1.1.2 or 1.2.0 Alpha.

Thanks for the new version. Works like a charm here.
Just a really small issue... If you go to "info" in Config GUI the version shown there is still 0.2.2.1 not 0.3.0.0...

And if someone is interested.. Today there is a new release of Backdrop Skin (V1.0.1) This version fully supports WOLPowerManger server status display. So no need to edit XML files any more to have server status shown in BasicHome...

Thanks for your reply lehmden. The issue will be fixed in the next release!

I'm german. sorry for my english.

I got the plugin working well on my client. On the serer i use powerscheduler. Still got a problem with media files from my server.

My Server serves some media files, but my client also has media files (for example a plugged in usb stick). now i have the trigger that the server wakes up, if i choose Videos in the main menu, but i dont need that, if i wanna play a local media file. Any way to solve that?
