This works with your provided picture! Thanks.

But I wanted to use another picture, because that image was a bit lo-res. So I tried replacing your picture with this one (attached). But I get a weird result (see screenshot). Can you maybe edit this picture for me, or what do I have to do to get this picture to work.

    :D

There you go, try that one, the original is a jpg, new one is a png which allows transparent elements to an image.

Sorry for the low res one I posted, attached it wrong :(

So for who is interested, I attached the updated files!
    Place the cd.png in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\thumbs\MovingPictures\DVDArt\FullSize
And then you are ready to go!

In order for the image to be displayed clearly, ideally it should be at least 500x500. Attached find a modified cd.png which should display much more clearly.

Also the xml should either display one image or another. for this reason, I've amended your movingpictures.fanart.listview.xml as well.

    All,

To give you a bit of an update, I am nearing completion the current development where apart from DVD Art, the plugin will be able to download ClearArt and ClearLogo as well. Soon there will be a release, so stay tuned...:D

Another enhancement is the reduction in image size of the FullSize image. The images downloaded from fanart.tv are 1000x1000 pixels, but then these are displayed at around 500x500, so I changed the plugin to resize them to this size, thus avoiding unnecessary disc use and also reduce the time it takes to load the image. For those who have already downloaded a number of images, I will include an option to resize the existing images, so don't worry, I'm in the same boat as you are in this ;)

    Hi,

first, great work. i love it.

I use V1.8.0beta of StreamedMP for V1.3.0Alpha of MP. If I am using the XML files here from the threat, the content description is moved too far to the right. I think it is also the fact that in the film's title is now the year of publication. Unfortunately you can not disable it. Would you have a solution?

The xml files posted earlier are from from StreamedMP 1.7x (last stable release) for mediaportal 1.23.

I can't help you because I don't have 1.30 running here. So maybe somebody else?
