I've recompiled the plugin and replaced the 1.0.4.5 version with the newly compiled one. I've tried it multiple times on my setup, even removing the old version from my setup and installing the new one, and it works fine. Please give it a try. It can be downloaded from here.

Since you are working on it could you, please, reduce the config form ?
In full HD (1920*1080), on big TV, windows set enlarged fonts (150%)
Then, buttons are hidden behind the taskbar.

@framug. A new version of the plugin has just been released that adjusts the configuration window height to fit the TV. This can be downloaded from here.
