MPSync v1.0.0.9 has just been released. This version allows you to create folder sets to keep synchronized. This replaces the previous Thumbs synchronization, so please, if you used to synchronize thumbs, create a new folder set called Thumbs and redefine your paths and settings. Apologies for not being able to automate the settings transfers.

Hi,
I waited so long for a Plugin to synchronize Moving Pictures on my two machines.
Unfortunately the plugin doesn't work on my machines. Perhaps someone can help me.
Here is what I have done:
1. Create a Moving Pictures database. The location of the this database is the TV Server. A MePo Clients is also on this machine.
2. I installed this plugin and synchronized to a local directory of the server. I think this was done well. The files are in the directory.
3. I installed a MePo client on my notebook and the same version of Moving Pictures as I installed on the server.
4. I tried to sync the client with the directory on the server. The plugin said, that it found the DB and that there is nothing to sync.
I hope someone can help me.

Hi JohnDoe2000.
Most probably you have set up the plugin to synchronize using triggers. This method (I know, it is not stated anywhere and I realised it just know after reading your post) expects the database to be primed. Try and change setup to synchronize using file Timestamp, then once this completes, change your setup to use file triggers.
Can you give this a try and advise if it solves your issue.
