Hi and thank you for the reply.

OK, I gave it a try.

I deleted the DB in the central folder and on the client.

After that I changed the server to sync via timestamp and synchronized. Works fine for the server.

In the next step I configured the client to sync via timestamp too. Now I saw multiple inserts or replaces. After a runtime of about 30 seconds the plugin doesn't go on. I waited about 20 Minutes before I aborted.

Is it possible to copy the DB from the sync directory to the client. This would be OK for the initial run. I tried this too but it seems that this doesn't work. Do you have any other idea?

Hi again.

Actually now it synced my Moving pictures DB from the server location to the client. I restarted the plugin and everything worked fine. Now I have changed the setup to trigger on the client side, the server remains with the setup timestamp. Now I try to add / delete movies and test the behavior of the plugin.

I report my experiences.

Another question: Is it normal / possible, that the file size of the moving pictures DB (server) is different to the DB file size of the client?

server: 6,6 MB
client: 6,1 MB

JohnDoe2000, this depends whether you have deleted records or not. Since plugin is only copying record by record, this could be the case. You can try and vacuum your databases and see if they come the same size.

Unfortunately I have another problem. This problem is about the watch status of files in the videos section. Yesterday I watched an episode of a TV series and immediately after watching it was marked as seen but after another 10 seconds it was unseen again.

In the plugin properties I selected the sync watch status option for the server (master DB) as well as the clients.

Could you please help me with this problem too?
