• Add support for LiveTV
• Add configuration to exclude some video FPS rates

Curiously, in MP2 my 29.97 material set my TV to 30hz instead of staying at 59hz.

@kilik360, this refresh rate was missing, I just added it. I think this one should work now. Update in 1st post of this thread!

For the other request (not changing rate for some fps), I'll need to add setting to exclude them.

Please test this build and report, if the 29.970 refreshrate is now working correctly with 59.940

According to log your screen refresh rate is set to 59.940 Hz, and the video has 30000/1001 fps. Can you please open this file using MediaInfo and paste the text output here?

Ok, I found the problem. Small one, () put in wrong position

Yep ! You nailed it morpheus_xx ! But now my 25fps material turns my tv 24hz instead of 50hz.

I've push the investigation more this evening and here's what I experienced.
Start MP2 at 59hz:
- I feel the UI really smooth, I press F10 and see the render at 50 fps

- I decided to press F11 to switch to VSync and it Sync the UI to 59.94

- I tried a 29.97 fps video and the RefreshRate stays 59.94

- So I decided to try a 23.976 fps videos, My TV switch to 24hz but experienced jerkyness

- I stopped the playback and the TV turn back to 59hz with smooth UI in sync with the TV.

- Then I tried a 25fps video, the TV switch to 24hz and experienced heavy stutter. The same as the 23.976 fps video
