Now I see new (different) quality options after choosing a video. I guess they switch from silverlight to mp4. It seems like the quality of the stream is better

Those choices were always there, I just added the extension because some bitrates were double

Can you remember what was under that category?
If I check that new url, it only contains 8 videos, was that what it used to be?

Also I see things on that page like "wiadomosci", "panorama" and so on. Are these missing now too? Or are they under some existing subcategory in onlinevideos?

I really should document these things myself...

The category "serwisy informacyjne" had the following subcategories: "wiadomosci", "panorama", "teleexpres" and few others. The subcategory i.e. "teleexpres" contained the 8 videos you mentioned (its today, yesterday, the day before yesterday etc.). Currently there is an empty category "serwisy imformacyjne".

I really should document these things myself...

I will not encourage you to document anything, even for yourself I have zero problems with the currently "workflow" and can explain it every time it gets broken as long as you can fix it
