    Hi,

is there any possibility to keep the TV-Server alive, during any Client in the Network is listing Radio (WebStream over BulitIn TV-Server Card)?
Such streams are not listet as a TV-Stream like it would a DBV-S Radio Stream.

My TV-Server goes sleeping, the Client still plays the Radio-Stream, with known problems when i try to navigate then in MP on the Client.

I would prefer a way that keep´s the server alive about a process and not for network activity, cause my feeling is taht the RadioStream doesn´t produce any network activity (how else the client still plays the stream, while the TV-Server is sleeping already). And also when it´s produce network activity, i would like to have a solution that works without setting network activity in PS++.

Many thanks for any help in advance and sry for any eye cancer infections while reading my bad english :)

Hi: I have been successfully using PS++ with earlier 1.2 versions of MP but recently installed MP 1.3.0. Final with PS++ 1.3.0.2. I just cannot now get PS++ to initiate S/B. The S/B is set to 2 minutes for HTPC but it appears from the logs that Windows is controlling standby rather then PS++ and nothing happens. Log files are attached. I'm running under Windows 7. I'd be grateful for your comments. Many thanks.

I agree, not particularly about Radio but that it would be nice to have the option for the Client to send keep-alive signals to the Server unless it's totally idle, so that we don't have to wait for the Server to wake up if we go to watch TV, play a video or music (which may be stored on the Server), etc. I still want to use the Windows Power settings to control standby but if the Server receives these keep-alive signals from the Client, in turn it can prevent Windows going to standby as it does now when TV is being watched/recorded.

Having a problem installing the version available for MP 1.3. Installs OK but Malwarebytes sees a Trojan in it and automaically quarantines making it unusable. Is it a Trojan or are Malwarebytes wrong?

This should not happen: The TV Sserver does not goto standby as long as any MP client is running - provided PS++ is installed and activated on all clients and on the server. You should check this.

You got me! I integrated both some trojans and a nice malware collection into PS++... ;)

Standby is now handled by Windows by default, but you can restore the "legacy" behaviour of PS++ by checking the "PowerScheduler++ forces system to go to standby when idle" option in the Advanced tab (Expert mode). But this is not recommended unless you experience problems with older drivers not allowing standby. You should first check, why your system does not go to standby - see Advanced Topics / Troubleshooting.
