Hi,

I see some of you guys are getting desperate for a new release.
It's not completed yet but some annoying bugs have been fixed so I will do my best to upload a new beta tonight.
The unexpected shutdowns is the most important bug thats been fixed in this release.

Seems to be working wonderfully so far, but I am still keeping under heavy testing, will let you know if sth. doesn't work. One still cannot put the system into standby by hand and have it wake up for the recording, but that's ok. I deleted the standby button from my remote, so my wife cannot do that anymore and has to wait until it powers off itself ;-))

The most significant change is that all type of recordings are now handled even those depending on TVGuide.
This is not fully tested yet so here I could use some help.

Thanks for you work Fred, it's great!

Can you elaborate on the above fix and what it does?

    @ Rybber,
The earlier versions handled recordings of type Once only.
If a recording was to record a program daily, weekly or every time a certain program is on it just wouldn't wake up. With this version all types are handled.

    @ Frodo,
    Thanks, very encouraging.
If you examine the source you will find that it's implemented as a GUIWindow. I tried to implement as process plugin but it didn't survive sleeping. A GUIWindow is activated (or something) after every power up but a process plugin is not. I wish an event like Start() or Init() were called in the pluging interface after a power up - would it be possible?

i hope you have seen a lot of fish :)

this plugin works only when you in the Main-Menu - can you make it that when you press a key you switch automatically to the main-menu and all open Programms (hear radio, watch movie etc.) stops - but not the recording :)

I found a problem now using the plugin with v013. If I press pause in timeshift, the plugin hibernates the PC after the 5min set in the config. Waking up the PC brings back the screen as before, but the show is very choppy and the only way to solve this is to turn off TV or timeshift.
