Problem with CoreAVC (3 Viewers)

I have tested CoreAVC 1.6 . It is working now, full image ist visible.

i am happy to report that the issues are FIXED with coreavc version 1.6!

i get many artefacts for ~1sec after initialy starting the playback. after that its fine.

i get many artefacts for ~1sec after initialy starting the playback and while fast forward, but then it`s great. Runs more fluently than Cyberlink. I can´t wait to watch Soccer in HD this weekend!!!

PS: I switched the interlace-mode to BOB! Seems to be better!!!

I have this too but I also have some "ausgefransten Kanten" on Discovery HD. Maybe this depends in the source material because I did not notice this on Premiere HD.

Btw Anixe HD is running fine now which was not using Cyberlink. Overall almost all H264 related problems with Media Potal have gone with the new CoreAVC filter. For me it is a big improvement.

Found something: After a restart of Media Portal and a switch to Discovery HD I have a lot of interlace artefacts. When I then stop TV and activate it again the artefacts are gone.

Hi, I use CoreAVC 1.6 too. I got íssues with TV ASTRA HD. Every time when ASTRA changes a clip to another one MP stops playing. Perhaps the clips are little different and the stream changes.

Do you have an idea what I can try?
Which audio decoder should I combine with Core AVC?

I attach the graph I get.

i thought that astraHD broadcasts in mpg2 / dvb-s and not h.264/dvb-s2, so coreavc shouldnt be used at all ?

nevertheless, your issue does not sound like a codec issue, but more like a (known and hard to fix) issue in the TV-Server.
