So just to be clear:
1. You started your HTPC.
2. You started MediaPortal and tuned to an HD/SD channel.
3. You watched the channel for a short time.
4. You stopped watching the channel and closed MediaPortal.
5. You shutdown the computer ---> BSOD
If that is correct, can you please try to disable EPG grabbing and see if that resolves the problem. You'll need to disable both the idle and the timeshifting EPG grabber...
I disabled epg grabber and try your steps 4 o 5 times
I tried HD/SD channels and shutdown htpc after that
I tried HD/SD channels after used moving pictures, series, music and pictures. Shutdown HTPC after that
BSOD don't appear.
I enabled EPG again and tried another time to show TV and BSOD appear when system shutdown.
Have you checked that the BDA drivers are the latest ones? Sounds like a driver bug that EPG grabbing (maybe active graph during shutdown?) is triggering.
Stop the TV service
rename your old tswriter from Program Files\Team MediaPortal\TV Server
Extract the tswriter from the zip file into the same folder
Start TV Service and let us know how you get on.
The key for the crc check is set to int and not long. This is the only difference from 1.2.0 Alpha and 1.3.0 Alpha. If this fails then it will not return S_FINISHED thus not releasing the lock.
