Is there any way to make media portal a pnp so i can see it on ps3 and view my movie librairy

Unfortunately, no.
I too own a PS3 and would love this feature. But it's not going to happen with MP1.
The good news is that MP2 which the MP team is working very hard on, is going to support uPNP
Myself, I used to use the PS3 Media Server software which is freeware. I would recommend using that if you must

I don't know about MP2 but as you said you tried MP1 too, how is the MP music config ?
MP(1) will only use LAV if you select "Internal DirectShow player" as music output, but then you lose gapless playback.
If you you don't have multichannel music you can choose WASAPI as the output and set the number of speakers to stereo.
