I prefer the horizontal version as I replace the backdrops with my own and can see them better this way

looks great! But the horizontal menu, i don't know at the moment, must see it in action!

Hi to all, all problems with the new horizontal menus are solved - they are now integrated in PureVisionHD 3.9 and you will be able to change from "classic" style to "horizontal" style . Will upload the new version asap. More infos after release

As PureVisionHD 3.9 now incorporates two different menu styles ("classic" and "horizontal"), please follow the instructions below to change the menu style:

CHANGING MENU STYLE IN PUREVISIONHD 3.9:

Enter the folder PureVisionHD\Layouts.
Doubleclick on the file Change to Horizontal Menus.mpe1 to change the menu style to horizontal icon-based menus.
Doubleclick on the file Change to Classic Menus.mpe1 to change the menu style to "classic" menus.
The skin cache will be cleared automatically.

Will surely give them a go! I presume the switching wasn't something you could incorporate in the skin itself as an option?

EDIT: Hmm, don't seem to be able to see 3.9, only 3.8. Have I jumped the gun a bit?

Good looking skin, but I can't see it! When I load MediaPortal, it gets stuck on 'Initializing input devices...'
How do I fix this? This is the only skin that does this

Ah nvm, a simple reboot fixed it
