I installed the new version 4.3 and the new menu looks fine, but after MP startup, on Homescreen, I have no chance to handle it with my remote controller.
I use a Microsoft MCE Remote V2. At beginning the Homescreen shows always the menue section plugins. I try to handle the menue with all remote bottons, but the menue never has the focus. If i click with the mouse one time on a menue item afterwards the handle with the remote controller is possible.
Is there a bug in the skin?

Do you plan, in future releases, a possibility to edit the menue entries? I don't use all available plugins/entries and like to have a smaller menue structure.

This sounds to me as if MP hasn't got the focus as a mouse click resolves it. I would say this is a setting issue in MP config (like always on top) which isn't set correctly. Don't have MP on this PC so I can't check the options, sorry!

This is not the problem.

MediaPortal has the focus. For example, I can change with the "green MediaCenter bottom" from BasicHome to Home. On the classic Home screen I can all handle.
I have only on BasicHome problems.

I uninstalled all old things what ever I installed from PureVisionHD (Skin, horizontal Menu etc.) and delete all PureVisionHD folders.
Now I installed PureVisionHD Blue completely new.
But all this didn't help. The problem on BasicHome didn't go away.
Over again, I start MP in BasicHome, plugins is displayed, without the menu all is accessible with the remote controller. If I move the mouse pointer over the menu (no click) the menu get bold and now all is handle with the remote controller.

Any idea?

Hi Catavolt,

thanks for this great skin. I just upgraded to 4.3 but there's an error (or better, a missing reference) into
"my movies" and "my TV series" as you can see.

Any chance to avoid / resolve this ?

Hi maro, normally it should display the recently added TVSeries or MovingPictures. Will check to make it invisible if no items found.

I got new movies added yesterday, no info for PVHD still.

Afaik it´s not yet implemented in MovingPictures - was a bit ahead with entering this... Will look for a solution

I have the same issue in Moving Pictures, now I know why.
The latest recordings in MyTVSeries is showing properly with the latest MyTV Series update (2.6.1).
I really like the new multi-menu setup in the latest Purevision, Catavolt. Much easier navigation.

On a side note, the latest MyTVSeries also fixed another issue that was messing with DVD iso file playback. Everything running smoothly now.

i have the same problem. The problem is not the remote. When starts in basic home The focus is on PLUGIN menu.
When using keyboard, navigation isn't working to (except the up button).
after passing by with the mouse (no click) the menu activates. now it is possible to navigate with the keyboard (and remote to).

Now the basic focus in basic home menu is the plugin menu. how can i change it to the tv menu ?

Please change this line in BasicHome.xml <defaultcontrol>200</defaultcontrol> to <defaultcontrol>2</defaultcontrol>.

This sounds good.
I have an idea for the functionality.
It would be very genial, if you can create an editor which can handle the complete menue structure. So everybody can create a menu structure like his own wishes.
Everybody have maybe different imaginations what should be on the first or second (or ...) section.

I don't know, if this possible.
