Hmm, all the properties for ongoing TV recordings have the visibility tag "plugin.isenabled(Latest Media Handler)" - so there should not be any display of red dot
Can´t check it here because I don´t have LiveTV

Well, as you know, I don't like all this xml stuff but in TVOSD.xml :
