Well, here everything works as it should - maybe you install the latest PVHD from scratch and then add the files from the ZIP - maybe that also solves your other problems (like e.g. display of infoservice).
Backup your skin settings xml first - if it does not work, delete your skin settinmgs xml and start with standard settings and add your plugins as you want via BasicHome Editor

Important hint: If you are changing something in BasicHome Editor, make sure you close it before going back to BasicHome, otherwise it may lead to corruption of your personal skin settigs xml which then may result in a not working skin!

If I revert back with your old.zip, it's working.
Integrated all new files one by one.
The culprit is the BasicHome.xml file.
I suppose need to look at diffferences between the old and new file and, find what's wrong.

That´s what I wanted to see So this is correct so far (when using a static background there must not be the standard display
Could you please make a screenshot from Home screen while playing LiveTV?

Because in basic, TV is playing (Channel W9), Kaamelott program) in both screenshots
